And today I’m bringing you the recipe of how to make the perfect “Ahi Salmon” so you can prepare this fresh dish any day of the week.

  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.

    Put in a bowl the salmon the add: soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red peppers flakes and green onions.

  2. Let it marinate at least for 40 min in the fridge.

  3. In a bowl put some rice or lettuces mix and place the ahi salmon with you favorites toppings.


Food safety is critical when eating raw fish! Purchasing previously frozen salmon may be a good idea because it can help kill parasites that might be present
