Everything can be a taco, but I’m really excited when the recipe is actually made for tacos. These tacos are really easy to make and with a lot of flavor they are perfect for an easy Mexican feast any day of the week. Usually you can join them with corn tortillas and pico de gallo and spread some chipotle-mayo in the tortilla.
Marinate the fish with salt and pepper
Mix in a bowl: flour, mustard, yeast and oregano, when it’s already mix add the beer and incorporate everything.
Cut in cubes the fish, then lace them in the bowl with the mixture, later you can put them either in the oven, air fryer or in a pan with oil until the fish is already cook.
Place the fish in a tortilla with mayo and chipotle and pico de gallo on top.
